Q1: How much the shipping charge?

We charge:
Malaysia RM8.
Sabah & Sarawak RM16
This charge applies to one item only.

  • Courier Service for west Malaysia : JNT
  • Courier Service for Sabah Sarawak : Pos Laju

Q2 : How long the parcel could reach me?

We usually ship within 1-2 working days after confirmation of payment. Tracking number will be emailed and/or SMS to you once your parcel is ready to ship. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking code appear in Poslaju’s tracking system.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (SINGAPORE AND BRUNEI)

Q1: Do you provide worldwide shipping?

At the moment, we only provide shipping to Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. For Singapore and Brunei customer,  the delivery cost will be calculated after check out. We use Citylink for international shipping.

2) Return and Exchange Policy

Q1: Can I return if the item do not fit on me?

Calla Cargo Jeans memang style lah!

saya dah beli sehelai calla cargo jeans yg warna light blue tu. beli size M, tapi besarlah pulak dengan sy. nak mintak tukar, tapi tak boleh. so sy alter jelah kecikkan tepi. labuhnya memang kena alterlah sebab memang jenis pendek sy nih. bila pakai, cantiklah nampak. nice je ♡
